Happy Thursday!!! This morning I picked up the tab for the car in line behind me at Starbucks - that was an awesome feeling that had me smiling all morning. The Barista was tickled when I confirmed his question that yes it was random and just tell em to have a Terrific Thursday..
I did 1.5 miles last night on the treadmill - took 30 mins. For some reason yesterday's workout was a struggle - maybe it was the draining heat - but I did it. This morning I registered for my first 10k - its coming in Sept.
