Frankly my school tour left a lot to be desired. This is a for profit school I would have thought that that the initial tour and meeting would have been more impressive. It felt almost like they were doing me a favor. This course is a pretty extensive course and expensive. The school itself feels run down, modge podged together and realistically I couldn't stop thinking, this is the place I bought my wedding dress. Its the old David's Bridal building that has been converted to classrooms and a salon.
I took the weekend to think about it, I called this morning and cancelled the financial aid meeting I had scheduled for tomorrow evening. I will do some more research and figure out a different way to achieve my goals, its just a bump in the road. I just find it hard to process that in a bigger city there is only ONE trade school- just where is everyone getting their training. You can NOT throw a stone without hitting a spa in this town - they are practically on every corner, but where are they getting the skills??
